If you are feeding a VGA input to BrightEye Mitto and it's not working properly, please check your cable and be sure the cable has pin 9.

Hello ,
I have a Mitto scan converter. And i have a problem about vga connection.
problem is ;
I apply all procedure and,
- I'm connecting to mitto with my laptop's vga output, mitto is not detect my laptop output signal.
  (i checked resulation and they are same ... and im tested vga out signal with a pc monitor.its ok.)
-  I connecting another desktop pc.. no problem . i can see output signal.
what can be problem? Can you help me?
