"HD/SD Downconverters that don't break up on the air and still pass closed captioning. Your support staff has been great to work with, one of the best we've encountered. A lot of the big guys from the past have fallen by the wayside as far as support and service goes so it's nice to deal with someone who responds quickly and understands we are on the air 24/7."

We've been a customer since 2004. We have about 45 frames loaded with approximately 300 cards. We use just about every Avenue card that Ensemble offers. Frame syncs, embedders, de-embedders, DAs, upconverters, downconverters, sync generators, GPI control, (you get the idea). Everything is networked together via IP and AveNet.
We recently put 1 RU frames in our live trucks and even in the unforgiving mobile environment, the equipment has performed flawlessly.

We have just had another situation where we needed help from the the Ensemble team on an issue concerning the new loudness standard ITU BS1770, Michael Sauter came through yet again with a viable solution!
